What we collect
Enquiry forms collect your name, email address, phone number, enquiry subject and message. Admission enquiries also record your intended entry level and schooling arrangement. Please do not send sensitive documents or detailed information about a child through this form.
Why we use it
The school uses these details to respond to your request, discuss school services and guide the relevant enquiry or admission conversation. Information submitted is stored in the school’s enquiry inbox, accessible to authorised administrators. When email delivery is configured, the enquiry is also sent to the school email address. An acknowledgement is sent to the email address you provide, and the school may email a reply or admission follow-up. Email delivery uses Brevo; the website and enquiry database use Cloudflare. The optional WhatsApp button lets you review and send a copy to the school through WhatsApp.
Cookies and security
The website uses essential security cookies for enquiry submission and administrator sign-in. This version does not include advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The school’s hosting provider processes technical connection information needed to deliver the website.

WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to external services. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
Photographs
The school is responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before publishing photographs, videos or staff information. If you have a concern about an image, contact the school to request a review.
